Boathouse Part 2

I talked to Professor Xavier the other day. He was cool with the boathouse conversion to art studio idea. Actually, he sorta seemed like he'd been waiting for me to show up. Maybe I was thinking really loudly. Anyway, he said he'd have plans drawn up by someone soon and we might be able to start construction stuff next weekend. He also offered to hire construction help to help us get it done faster, too.
