Boathouse

So, you know, I was thinking. There's the boathouse and it's just sitting there all empty and unused. And I could really use more space to put sculptures together and do non-machine oriented shaping stuff. And there are a few other artistically inclined folk around here (photography for Angel,etching for Yvette, painting for Piotr) who might want more dedicated space to work. So I was thinking of asking Professor Xavier if we could convert the boathouse into art space and probably offer to do a lot of the work on the conversion myself if he wanted.

So, would other artistic types be interested in that? If so I need to know what sort of art to cater to so I can tell him what, exactly, would be needed to go into the conversion of it.
